In this poster, AmplifyBio examines an approach to estimate the mass of aerosolized fluorescent particles deposited in the lung of the rat by inhalation using a whole-body spectrometer using IRDye 800CW Carboxylate, biologically inert, as a surrogate fluorophore for future tagging of aerosolized therapeutics to track particle deposition in the lung.
