Amanda Haley, Ph.D., RBP, CBSP, has over two decades of experience including microbiological research and research safety. She led the laboratory safety and compliance team for a large academic institution with oversight of facilities conducting work with viruses, bacteria, and toxins in laboratory animals under BSL-2 and BSL-3 conditions.

Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology at University College, London and her Ph.D. in Veterinary Pathology at the University of Liverpool. She is a Certified Biosafety Professional with ABSA International.
