J. Kelly Ganjei President & Chief Executive Officer

J. Kelly Ganjei is a proven leader with 26 years of experience in the life science, venture capital and IT sectors. Until recently, Kelly was the CEO for Cognate BioServices, one of four leading contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) in the cell therapy space and the leading CDMO in autologous cell therapies.

He has experience in leading companies through their various stages of development, ranging from start-up through the rapid growth phase into a stable multi-national business at scale. He is passionate about quality, culture and building teams that have fun and care about helping patients.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Maryland.
